SPR# JRGE8J4RWL - Opening a message would yield "This document has been altered since the time it was signed! Intentional tampering may have occurred.". This fix addresses the following S/MIME processing cases:
1. No cross cert dialog when receiving a signed message.
2. Signed messages report that they may have been altered since being signed.
3. Encypted email messages show only .p7* attachments.
4. x.509 certificate cannot be imported into the personal address book.
